Market Trader's strategy is simple. We search for stocks that are moving from weak hands to strong hands. We carefully choose the ones that are going up or down on their own merits; not because some analyst recommended it, a newsletter writer put a buy on it, or a website is hyping it up. There is only one thing that moves the price of a stock and that is supply and demand. Supply--when a company isn't meeting stockholder's expectations. Demand--when a company can provide stock buyer's anticipation to future positive expectations.

A stock will rise if the company is doing well, or fall if the company is doing poorly. Almost everyone will agree with that statement. What most new traders do not know is that a stock's performance is based on what strong hands perceive a company's performance will be over the next 6 to 12 months. Not what will happen tomorrow. This means that by the time the news is printed and is in front of your eyes, it's OLD news. Since we don't have the time or the resources to visit every company, we rely on what strong hands are doing. They have the time and the resources to investigate the companies they are planning to invest in.

What you must know is which side of the market the strong hands are in. Are they accumulating the stock while the weak hands are panicking and selling their shares at the bottom of a cycle? Are they distributing the stock to the unsuspecting weak hands that are buying it at a cycle top and hoping for higher prices that will never come? Those are the questions our proprietary indicator and trading strategies try to answer every trading day.
